Hello! My name is Madelynn, and I am the founder of Desert Valley Events. What started as a creative outlet for me quickly turned into a burning passion for the events planning industry, and I love helping people bring their vision for their event to life.

We will begin working with you 6 months before your event to find vendors that match your personal style and stay on budget. Monthly meetings will keep your planning on track and ensure that your vision becomes a reality. This package also includes all services provided in Day of Coordination.

You have the whole day planned, but now all the details need to come together! Be a guest on your special day and let us take care of all the behind the scenes details to make your event seamless. We will begin working with you two months before your event to create your wedding day timeline, custom floor plan, manage decor setup, logistics, and facilitate all aspect of the rehearsal. On the day of your event we are the first to arrive and the last to leave, making sure that your special day is executed to perfection.
